Coast 2 Coast Convention/Music Conference is Less Than a Month Away!

The 6th Annual Coast 2 Coast Convention, which is being held in Miami, is just less than a month away. Labor Day Weekend, Downtown Miami and Miami Beach will have many people flocking to Miami for fun under the sun. For many people pursuing their dreams of becoming the next big hip-hop star their weekend will be filled with opportunities to shine from meeting with top level executives and some of the hottest djs across the world, to showcasing their talents to win major promo prizes. There will be panelists ranging from Top level A&R's to music executives and DJs giving insight on how to become successful and how to properly conduct business in the industry as well as share some of the stories being in the industry.

The Coast 2 Coast Convention will kick off with a registration party brought to you by Coast 2 Coast and iStandard Producers. Music will be played by Coast 2 Coast DJ's throughout the registration party. Then the real kickoff begins with their worldwide famous Coast 2 Coast LIVE Artist Showcase at one of Miami's premiere venues TBA. Music provided by Coast 2 Coast DJs. Than as the weekend continues their will be panelists and showcases. The finale will be the world famous Coast 2 Coast Yacht Party and Model Contest.

Video of Dozens Injured at New Jersey, Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa Concert

Dozens of fans injured after railing collapses during Snoop Dogg and wiz Khalifa's The High Road Tour Concert in New Jersey.

On August 5th Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg took to New Jersey for their "The High Road Summer Tour," at the BB&T Pavilion. During their concert they jumped onto the 2nd platform of the stage. The fans surrounding the stage were being blocked off from the stage by railings. At that point Snoop and Wiz got the crowd to scream and the next song came on. At that point the crowd got more excited and the railing (separating the crowd from Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa as well as the drop between both the crowd and stage) fell taking the crowd down with it. Dozens of fans fell from the platform causing dozens of injuries. You can see in the video right when the railing collapses that security escorted both Snoop and Wiz off the stage promptly. The remainder part of the show was canceled and security safely escorted the rest of the fans as quickly as possible, so they can help treat the injured fans. Some fans left with minor cuts and bruises while other had to be transported to the hospital due to broken bones. Thankfully no one was killed. Later on, Snoop Dogg took to Instagram to send prayers out to all his fans that were injured at the concert. Check out the video below.

The Real Voice Behind Eminem's Drake Diss

The real guy behind the Eminem sounding Drake Diss reveals himself!

A few days ago the internet went crazy about there being a potential Drake diss record coming from Eminem. We all awaited that day, then the next day a sound clip of that potential diss record surfaced. Did Eminem really drop a diss record towards Drake, was Hip-Hop getting the new ultimate battle between Eminem and Drake? When played the song sounded like an Eminem song when comparing their vocals. Many sites including ours wasn't sure if that was really Eminem or not, but many stated that it sounded just like him from SSLP. Eminem hasn't responded to the diss record and neither has Drake or anyone else. Until yesterday, when an emcee by the name of Denace took to his Instagram to reveal that he's the real guy behind this new leaked song dissing Drake, Rick Ross, Selena Gomez, J. LO, Mac Miller, Tyler the Creator and more. He in fact took to Instagram to share that he recorded this song 5 years ago and he has since changed his sound. Drake vs Funk Master Flex Beef Doesn't End Just Yet!

The drake and Funk Master Flex situation gets more heated, as Drake and Funk Master Flex go back and forth throwing lines at each other. Find out all the details below.

For the last year or so we all know Drake and Funk Master Flex haven't met eye to eye. Especially when after FunkMaster Flex dropped the Meek Mill's Drake diss. Just a few days ago Drake took the Madison Square Garden stage for his Summer Sixteen Tour to diss Funk Master Flex once again saying Hot 97 are tellin lies, and to FIRe funk Master Flex in order to get him to go back to the station. As quickly as word spread of what Drake said on stage in New York inside of MSG, Funk Master Flex took to twitter to let Drake know he's got a bunch of stories to tell and that Drake doesn't want to start with him. By the way, we all know Funk Master Flex isn't leaving Hot 97 anytime soon.

Now it appears, Funk Master Flex did speak about their year long beef on air.

"I got a few stories to tell tonight. I don't know which one I'm gonna tell first," Funkmaster Flex started.

"First of all, Drake, I'm not really worried about you making me lose my job,” Flex said. “70% of your fans wear high heels. The other 30% are guys who wear sandals. I'm not concerned about you."

“I don't know if you noticed, but everything is built on top 5,” he said.

Funk Master Flex then went on to say he makes great music and is a great performer, but when. it comes to being the top 5 in hip-hop, he cant say he's one of the top 5 hip-hop artists if he needs someone to help him write those songs. He then went on to discuss some of the stories he had about Drake.

The Blackberry Story:

2009, Drake showed up to Hot 97 and took out his blackberry to rehearse his freestyle. Not knowing that Drake would keep the blackberry out, but his team also wanted to videotape it to show that he does write his own bars, despite the fact that everyone would clown hi because he isn't freestyling. I guess to his team they thought it would show proof that yea he writes his own bars and can spit some dope lines, despite the fact that he can't freestyle. Maybe they realized they needed footage to show he writes hiw own rhymes just in case he got caught like he has now about writing his own music.

Just a few days ago Ebro from Hot97 revealed jokingly that Eminem would diss Drake in a new track. Then Drake decided to go after Hot 97 & Funk Master Flex at his first show in Madison Square Garden for the Summer Sixteen Tour with Future. He went on to say HOT 97 was speaking lies and he wouldn't go to Hot 97 until Funk Master Flex gets fired from HOT 97. Which, of course we know wouldn't be happening anytime soon. Miami Rapper Pablo Alvarez attempts to set World Record by Freestyling for 25 hours straight

Pablo Alavarez goes on to break new Guinness World Record, by Freestyling for 25 Hours!

(AllHipHop News) Pablo Alvarez wanted to see his name in the Guinness World Records. In order to do that, he took on the challenge of rapping for 25 hours.

“Originally, it started as a joke,” Alvarez told Miami New Times. “It came about from me joking that I could freestyle all day.”

The member of the Miami-bred band Good Bison streamed his day-long freestyle session on Facebook Live as fans of the group gave him topics to talk about by commenting under the videos.

Guinness World Records can take up to 12 weeks to confirm a new record, but Alvarez believes the visual proof should be enough to guarantee him the crown.
